All windows in our Kommerling range, whether flush or standard casement, are covered by the Alexander Windows lifetime guarantee. This is our way of committing to the profile we install and the standard of workmanship associated with it for the entire period you own your home.
What is the Lifetime Guarantee offered by Alexander Windows?
The lifetime warranty offered by Alexander Windows applies to the original customer as long as they are in ownership of the installation address. During that time, any Kommerling window which is found to be defective because of yellowing, poor workmanship, the use of faulty materials, or corrosion will be repaired or replaced.
The guarantee includes locking mechanisms, hinges, and double-glazed units but does not extend to accidental damage or to the natural weathering and tarnishing of window furniture over time.
